Accuracy of Information
It is your responsibility to review and ensure the accuracy of
your booking details. Please notify Orlando Superior
Transportation immediately of any discrepancies by calling

Billing and Payment Policies
Your card will be billed in full up to 7 days before your
scheduled pickup date. Ensure that all changes to future
bookings are made by contacting us via the provided phone number
or email. Changes reported directly to the driver will not be
processed.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid extra charges, cancellations must be made at least 2
days before your scheduled pickup. Failure to cancel within this
timeframe or not showing up at your pre-scheduled time will
result in a full one-way fare charge.
Airport Pickup Procedure
If you do not see our driver at the airport, contact us
immediately. Do not leave the airport without notifying us, as
failure to do so will result in a full one-way fare charge. We
reserve the right to charge for wait time and additional airport
parking if your bags do not arrive on the flight and you need to
complete paperwork at baggage claim.
Flight Delays and Changes
A fee of $15/hour will be charged for delayed flights as our drivers must be compensated for waiting. If your flight is canceled or changed, inform us immediately to avoid a full one-way charge for the reserved vehicle.
Departure Day Procedures
Be ready at the pre-scheduled time on your departure day. A
grace period of 10 minutes (non-airport) or up to 80 minutes
(international airport arrivals) is provided. After the grace
period, wait time charges plus parking fees (for airport
pickups) will apply. We will wait up to a maximum of 30 minutes
before potentially instructing the driver to depart if you have
not made contact.
Pickup Time Changes
Notify us at least 48 hours in advance to change your pickup
time. We will attempt to accommodate changes but cannot
guarantee availability.
Vehicle Responsibility
You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle resulting
from negligence by you or your guests. Consumption of food
inside any vehicle is prohibited. A minimum cleaning fee of
$100.00 applies for excessive trash, with higher fees for
specific issues such as smoking ($200.00), spills requiring
professional cleaning ($100.00), and vomiting ($250.00).
Vehicle Availability and Substitutions
Due to potential flight delays or vehicle breakdowns, you may be
transported in a different vehicle than originally reserved. If
the new charge is less than the original, we will refund the
difference. Note that we do not guarantee the color of the
booked vehicle.
Communication and Confirmations
After you book a ride through our website, our customer support
will email you. Please respond to it at your earliest
convenience. Your driver will text you between 6 PM and 9 PM ET
the day before your scheduled pickup to confirm your ride.
Respond to the driver’s text with "CONFIRMED." For port pickups,
expect a text message an hour before the scheduled ride, and
contact the driver once outside the terminal.
Additional Charges
The quoted rate does not include gratuities and miscellaneous charges such as early/late fees. Refunds are limited to the maximum booked fare. No refunds are provided if alternate transportation is taken before the pre-scheduled pickup time. Cancellation refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
COVID-19 Waiver of Liability
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide
pandemic and is highly contagious. By choosing to utilize our
services, you acknowledge and accept the risk of contracting
COVID-19, releasing Orlando Superior Transportation from
liability. This waiver includes claims for personal injuries,
death, disease, or property losses related to COVID-19 exposure
or any other disease.
Assumption of Risk
You accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for yourself and/or
your children in order to utilize our services and premises.
This includes the potential for serious illness or death, given
the evolving state of medical knowledge and the contagious
nature of the virus.
Waiver of Lawsuit/Liability
You agree to waive your right to bring any lawsuit against
Orlando Superior Transportation, its owners, officers,
directors, employees, or representatives in connection with
COVID-19 exposure, infection, or spread related to utilizing our
services. This waiver includes claims of negligence and other
losses, whether foreseen or unforeseen.
